奇正消痛贴膏治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Research of Qizheng-xiaotong plaster in the treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid

目的:比较研究奇正消痛贴膏和扶他林乳胶剂治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:90例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予奇正消痛贴膏和扶他林乳胶剂治疗1周。治疗前后分别记录患者疼痛的分数。结果:奇正消痛贴膏能明显改善患者的临床症状与体征,其疼痛改善情况与扶他林相仿,肿胀、压痛、功能障碍等症状消失方面,奇正消痛贴膏明显优于扶他林,而总有效率奇正消痛贴膏组与扶他林组无明显差异。结论:奇正消痛贴膏治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效显著,是一种较好的治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的外用药。

Objective：To compare and research the clinical effect of Qizheng - xiantong plaster and Votalin emulsion in curing stenasing tendovaginitis of radial sty-loid. Methods：In 90 cases, the stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group, respectively given Qizheng -xiaotong plaster and Votalin emulsion for one week. To observe the clinical effects of patients respectively pre and post treatment. Results：Qizheng- xiaotong plaster could improve the clinical symptoms and signs significantly. Its improvement for pain was the same as Votalin. But Qizheng -xiaotong plaster was better than Votalin sig- nificantly in eliminating the swollen,tenderness and dysfunction. And there was no obvious difference between Qizheng - xiaotong piaster and Votatin emulsion in total ef- fective rate. Conclusion： Qizheng - xiaotong plaster is effective for treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid.
