摘要
目的:观察有机磷农药中毒致迟发性神经病(organophosphate induced delayed neuropathy,OPIDN)患者的临床表现,总结临床护理体会。方法:对20例OPIDN患者的临床资料进行总结,分析其临床症状和体征,制定实施护理计划,总结护理体会。结果:20例OPIDN患者的临床表现多样。对患者进行护理干预,能改善患者的焦虑、恐惧情绪,更好配合治疗和康复。结论:OPIDN患者的周围神经病变多为迟发性,积极进行护理干预可促进康复。
Objective：To observe the clinical manifestation of organophosphate induced delayed neuropathy and summize nursing care. Methods：According to the clinical data of 20 cases for organophosphate induced delayed neuropathy. To analysize the clinical characteristics, the nursing plan was drawn, and the nursing measure was taken.
