加强护理理论教学与临床教学联系的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有高等护理教育与临床实践之间有部分或完全脱节现象,从学校与临床沟通交流不足、合理安排临床实习时间与阶段、提高院校教师与临床接触的机会、加强临床带教老师的带教方法与技巧的提高等方面对如何加强护理理论教学与临床教学联系进行探讨。
