在世界上首次提出将急冷凝固和大过冷技术有机地结合在一起,创立了采用多级快速凝固的方法制取微细金属粉末的理论和技术,并发明了一系列多级快速凝固制粉装置.该技术能够大规模地生产上百种非晶、准晶、微晶微细金属粉末.
The
theory and technology of multistage rapid solidification powder-making developed through the
combination of rapid solidification with large undercooling are presented. Based on this theory
a series of novel rapid solidification powder-making devices have been developed, which can
be used to continuously produce more than a hundred types of amorphous crystalline,
quasicrystalline and microcrystalline powders.
