摘要
采用金相宏、微观检验方法,结合GCrl5钢CTT曲线及实际热处理工艺对芯轴裂纹进行了分析。结果表明,芯轴裂纹系过热导致的淬火裂纹。对双细化预处理工艺理解不透,工艺执行不当是产生裂纹的主要原因。
By metallographic macro-&- micro-examination, in combination with CTT curve of GCr15 steel and consideration of actual heat treatment procedure, the core shaft cracking was studied. The results showed that core shaft cracking was caused by quenching as a result of overheating; double refining pre-treatment procedure was not understood completely and not followed properly.
