烧伤后早期血管通透性增高研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 血管通透性增高是引发烧伤后早期循环紊乱和休克的主要原因.经过几十年的研究,目前对其发生过程已有基本了解:炎性介质是主要诱发因素,微小静脉是主要发生部位,内皮屏障受损是主要病理基础,内皮旁途径是血管内液外渗的主要通道.但上述认识还不足以形成有效的临床防治措施.近年来,研究更加关注内皮屏障功能障碍在烧伤后早期血管通透性增高中的作用,提出了新的防治思路,本文对此作一回顾和展望.
