GM-CSF和HMGB1的血清水平及其在稽留流产中的意义 被引量:3

Determination of the serum levels of the colony stimulation factor in granulocytes and macrophages and the high mobility group box protein 1 in patients with missed abortion and its significance

摘要 为探讨血清中粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)以及高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平与稽留流产的关系及其意义。应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定48例正常孕期女性(对照组)及139例稽留流产患者(流产组)血清中GM-CSF及HMGB1的蛋白水平。并制备稽留流产病人绒毛组织的染色体,检查染色体异常情况。结果表明,对照组的GM-CSF阳性检出率为27.08%,平均浓度为(72.00±13.21)pg/ml,流产组血清GM-CSF的阳性检出率为46.76%,平均浓度为(414.98±75.80)pg/ml,流产组血清GM-CSF明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);139例稽留流产患者中,绒毛染色体异常的有81例,染色体异常组与染色体正常组血清GM-CSF水平无显著性差异。对照组和流产组血清HMGB1检查结果均低于检测下限(0.39 ng/ml)。血清GM-CSF水平与稽留流产有密切关系。GM-CSF可能在妊娠期细胞因子网络中起重要的平衡作用。 To explore the role of GM-CSF and HMGB1 in patients with missed abortion,the concentrations of serum level of GM-CSF and HMGB 1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 139 patients with missed abortion and 49 normal pregnant controls.It was found that the level of serum GM-CSF were(414.98±75.80) pg/ml in the missed abortion patients and(72.00±13.21) pg/ml in the control group.Statistical analysis showed that the concentration of serum GM-CSF showed significant difference(P0.05) between these two groups.The concentration of serum HMGB1 of both absorption and control groups were all below to the detection limit.It is evident that the level of serum GM-CSF is relevant to the development of missed abortion.
