Toll样受体与NOD样受体在炎症中作用的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptors,PRR)在感染和固有免疫过程中起着重要的作用,其中Toll样受体(toll-like receptors,TLR)和NOD样受体(nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptors,NLR)分别作为胞外和胞内模式识别受体得到了越来越多的关注。它们不仅能各自通过信号转导产生级联反应来刺激不同的效应分子的表达,其共同作用在炎症过程和多种疾病的发生发展中也至关重要。
