摘要
目的本研究旨在进一步评价颅内常见良恶性肿瘤磁共振灌注成像(PWI)的鉴别诊断价值。方法对32例经病理证实的颅内肿瘤患者,其中低级别胶质瘤12例,脑膜瘤20例,行MR灌注成像及常规MRI检查。由灌注数据获取脑血流容积(CBV)图,计算出相对脑血流容积(rCBV)值和平均通过时间(MTT)值。结果脑膜瘤为高灌注,低级别胶质瘤为低灌注,高、低灌注组间rCBV值有显著性差异。结论 PWI在颅内良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断方面有一定价值。
Objective To evaluate differentiation diagnosis of MR perfusion weighted imaging(PWI)in brain neoplasms.Methods This study involved 32 patients(12 low-grade gliomas,20 meningiomas)who were identified as having histopathologically proven gliomas.MR perfusion imaging and MR conventional imaging were performed preoperatively in them.The perfusion data were deconvoluted to get a colormap of CBV.The rCBV and MTT ratio of each lesion were calculated.Results The rCBV ratios of meningiomas were statistically different from those of low-grade gliomas.Conclusion MR perfusion imaging is useful in the differentiation of brain tumors.
