心房颤动的导管消融 被引量:6

摘要 导管消融能够有效地使药物治疗无效的心房颤动(房颤)患者长期维持窦性心律,对减少包括严重症状、脑卒中、起搏器需求、心力衰竭等危害具有重要意义。导管消融的方法也因房颤类型和医院的不同而异,虽然仍存在争议,但是随着实践的深入和认识的提高,这些争议逐渐会被共识所替代。
