股前外侧岛状肌皮瓣逆行旋转修复膝部假体外露一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男,48岁.因右髌前恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3个月入院,行肿瘤局部切除,用涤纶补片修复膝前缺损并重建伸膝功能,然后用同侧腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣覆盖假体并修复软组织缺损,术后发生肌皮瓣坏死.2周后清除坏死组织,膝前假体外露并软组织缺损10 cm×12 cm.
