摘要
近年来纳米技术在分子成像方面的应用研究发展很快,纳米微粒的发展出现多元化的显像模式。这些纳米级标志可以用于生物体内特异性细胞和组织的成像,一些纳米微粒对于监测人类疾病的生物过程及评价治疗效果可能有重要作用。尽管很多研究还处于实验阶段,但其潜力却非常大。
Molecular imaging is a new technique to quantify the physiological changes in vivo. This kind of probes for molecular imaging can be detected noninvasively. Molecular imaging has advanced rapidly in recent years,due to the use of novel nanoparticles,which can be used for the imaging of specific cells and tissues,monitoring the biological processes of disease and also evaluating the treatment. Although many researches were still in experimental stage,the potential for diagnosis and treatment of diseases is considerable.
