摘要
采用原位乳液接枝法,制备乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)接枝的丁苯橡胶。分别用凝胶含量和红外光谱(FTIR)研究了接枝产物的形成机理。考察了VTES的接枝效率和橡胶中的硅含量,并比较了接枝产物机械性能和热性能的变化。结果表明,VTES的接枝效率高达87%,接枝丁苯橡胶的拉伸强度提高了30.3%,耐热温度提高了5.16℃左右。
Vinyltriethoxysilane(VTES) grafted styrene-butadiene rubber was prepared by in-situ emulsion grafting process using benzoic peroxide(BPO) as an initiator.Fourier transform infra-red(FTIR) was employed to study the grafting mechanism for the specimens with different gel centents.The grafting efficiencies of VTES and silicon content in rubber were investigated.The mechanical properties and thermo properties were also investigated.The results show that VTES was grafted to rubber successfully and grafting efficiency of VTES was higher than 87%.Compared with non-grafted rubber,tensile strength of grafted rubber increased by 28.8%,and thermal stability increased by 5.16℃.
