烧结钴铬钼合金股骨柄的室温力学性能及疲劳性能试验 被引量:4

摘要 采用医用钴铬钼合金,通过精密铸造技术制得多孔股骨柄毛坯,经高温烧结钴铬钼颗粒在其表面制得多孔层。对高温烧结前和烧结后的股骨柄的室温拉伸性能进行了比较,并根据国际标准对股骨柄柄部和头颈部的疲劳性能分别进行了试验。结果表明:高温烧结后的股骨柄相比于烧结前的股骨柄,其室温力学性能显著下降,其柄部和头颈部的疲劳性能满足标准要求。疲劳性能测试后头颈部偏置不超过5mm,对人体步态和下肢长度不造成明显的影响。 Femoral stems were manufactured using biomedical CoCrMo by precision cast.Porous surfaces were obtained by high temperature sintering CoCrMo powder on the stem.Room-temperature tensile properties were compared between stems before and after sintering.Fatigue properties of stems and head-neck regions were tested using the methods specified in international standards.Results indicated that the tensile properties of the sintered stems were lower obviously than these before sintering.Fatigue properties of stems and head-neck regions meet the requirements of relevant standards.Displacements of stem head were not larger than 5mm,and it would not have obvious effects on length of legs and gait of human body.
