摘要
目的:通过将不同粒径和剂量的放射性纳米示踪剂,注射于兔声带中,观察其在喉前哨淋巴结(SLN)活检中的作用,为喉癌SLN活检选择较佳粒径和剂量的放射性纳米示踪剂提供实验依据。方法:将30只新西兰成年雄兔,随机分为6组,每组5只新西兰兔。分别将50nm~0.01ml,50nm~0.02ml,80nm~0.01ml,80nm~0.02ml,100nm~0.01ml,100nm~0.02ml的99mTc硫胶体注入兔声带中,观察每组实验检出的SLN的枚数,SLN开始具有放射性的时间,SLN放射性最强的时间以及SLN的放射性持续时间。结果:6组实验中检出的SLN在1~3枚之间,共45枚,分布在Ⅱ区,Ⅲ区和Ⅳ区,其中50nm~0.02ml组检出的SLN的枚数最多,100nm~0.01ml组检出的SLN的枚数最少,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6组实验中,SLN开始具有放射性和具有最强放射性的时间出现最早的均为50nm~0.02ml组,分别为49.20s和178.60s;而开始具有放射性和具有最强放射性的时间出现最晚的均为100nm~0.01ml组,分别为235.80s和311.20s。各组在30min内均可持续观察到SLN的放射活性。结论:50nm~0.02ml注射时,99mTc硫胶体在淋巴管中移动速度较快,淋巴结摄取率高,并且SLN的放射性可以持续至少30min,为喉SLN活检应用较佳的粒径和剂量。
Objective:Using radioactive Nano tracer at different sizes and doses in the Larynx of rabbits,to study the roles of them in the sentinel lymph node(SLN)biospy in rabbits and to provide experimental evidences for the choices of ideal size and dose of radioactive Nano tracer of the sentinel lymph node biopsy in Laryngeal cancer patients.Method:thirty rabbits were randomly divided into six groups with five rabbits in each group.After 50nm-0.01ml,50nm-0.02ml,80nm-0.01ml,80nm-0.02ml,100nm-0.01ml,100nm-0.02ml of 99mTc-sulfur Colloid were separately injected into the Larynx,the number of SLNs,the initial and strongest radioactive time of SLNs,and the lasting time of radioactivity was obtained.Result:One to three SLNs were identified in one rabbit,so threr were totally fourty-five SLNs,which in the arears of Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ.The group of 50nm-0.02ml had the largest number of SLNs and There were significant differeces between the group of 50nm-0.02ml and 100nm-0.01ml.In the six groups,the group of 50nm-0.02ml was the earliest group of detecting the initial and strongest radioactivity of SLNs,which the time were 49.20s and 178.60s;the group of 100nm-0.01 ml was the latest group of detecting the initial and strongest radioactivity of SLNs,which the time were 235.80s and 311.20s.Each group had radioactivity more than 30minutes.Conclusion:The group of 50nm-0.02ml was the best group,because it moved fast and had a higher rate of uptake in lymphangion.Moreover,the radioactivity time was more than 30minutes.It was the ideal size and dose of SLN biopsy in larynx.
