摘要
在新的历史时期,电大远程教育必须认真践行科学发展观,以加强电大质量文化建设为切入点和突破口,努力提高人才培养质量,打造电大教育品牌,实现可持续发展。
In new period, Radio TV universities’ distance education should stick to the scientific development ideal and take quality cultural construction as the breakthrough point to enhance talents developmental quality and set up the educational brand of Radio TV university to realize sustainable development.
