优化师资队伍 强化内涵建设——对地市级电大师资队伍现状的反思

内涵建设是电大提高综合实力和核心竞争力、永葆生机和活力之必须,内涵建设的核心突出表现在提高质量上。而目前,各级电大特别是地市级电大的师资队伍存在着明显的缺陷和不足,这些不足影响着电大发展的质量。为此,在电大内涵建设之际,必须充分重视优化师资队伍,为电大可持续发展提供动力和活力。本文中作者先通过对地市级电大师资队伍现状及缺陷的分析,然后有针对性地提出了优化师资队伍的建议。

The connotation of building is TVU improve the overall strength and core competitiveness, the need to maintain its vigor and vitality, meaning the core of the building of outstanding performance in improving the quality. But at present, at all levels, especially in municipal TVU TVU faculty obvious flaws and shortcomings, these deficiencies affect the quality of development TVU. Through this article the authors first city-level TVU Faculty status and defect analysis, and optimization of targeted faculty put forward proposals.
