Recently, structural translation theory is toppled over by deconstructionist translation theory, which takes that the translator is a creator, and the writer has died. The idea of"the death of author" has deprived the author’s right of discourse in translation, and dispelled his authority, endowing the translator with more freedom of comprehension and interpretation. But it has resulted in that the translator plays his subjectivity at random and the meaning of the original differentiate illimitably. From the perspective of intersubjectivity, this article tries to bring the author back to life,so as to contribute to the normative development of translation studies.
