胆固醇性胆囊息肉手术适应证的探讨

Discussion of the operation indication of gallbladder cholesterol polyps

目的:探讨胆固醇性胆囊息肉的手术适应证。方法:为539例胆固醇性胆囊息肉患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,回顾分析其临床资料及术后病理检查结果。结果:536例顺利完成手术,3例中转开腹。术后病理均诊断为胆固醇性息肉,未发现癌变,B超检查与病理诊断的符合率为95.7%。结论:胆固醇性息肉原则上不强调手术治疗。

Objective：To discuss the operation indication of gallbladder cholesterol polyps.Methods：Clinical data and pathologic results of 539 patients who suffered from gallbladder cholesterol polyps and underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Five hundred and thirty-six operations were successful,3 cases were converted to laparotomy.The pathologic diagnoses were all cholesterol polyps,without canceration.95.7% B-type ultrasonography confirmed with the pathologic result.Conclusions：Operation is not encouraged to patients with gallbladder cholesterol polyps.
