高校图书馆联合服务中的政府职责——以江苏为例

Governmental Duties in Joint Service in University Libraries——Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

从江苏高校图书馆共建、共享和联合服务的现状可见,政府在其中的职责履行有待加强。在高校馆联合服务中,地方政府需要规范和指导高校馆的联合服务,总体配置共建过程中的资源,并通过建立相关者履行职责的评价体系,有效保证政府投资效益,促进高校馆职能的发挥。

Seen from the status quo of co-constructed and shared university libraries in Jiangsu Province which provide joint service,governments at all levels need to put more efforts to better fulfill their duties in the project.In the joint service in these libraries,local governments need to regulate and direct the service,allocate the resources in co-construction as a whole,and by the establishment of the system of assessing duties performed by relevant people,guarantee governments＇ benefits in investment effectively and bring into full play the functions of university libraries.
