后金融危机期青岛市农民工培训问题研究

The Study about the Training of Qingdao Migrant Workers in the Post-Financial Crisis Era

加快形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局,是缩小城乡差别、实现城乡共同繁荣的根本途径。加强对农民工的培训,提高其综合素质,是促进一体化的关键。特别在后金融危机期经济增长的不确定因素增加的情况下,只有将进城农民工转化成新市民,使其具备良好的综合素质,才能促进"转方式、调结构"的实施,既有利于城市现代化建设,又能带动农村的工业化。

Speeding up a new formation of urban-rural economic and social integration is the fundamental way to narrow the gap between the urban and rural areas and achieve common prosperity. Strengthening the training of migrant workers and improving their overall quality is the key to promote this integration. Particularly in the post-financial crisis era, in which there is an increasing un- certainty about economic growth, only when migrant workers are transformed into new citizens and have better overall quality, can we promote the implementation of ＂Change methods, and adjust structures＂, which is not only beneficial to the city modernization, but also can drive the industrialization of rural areas.
