提高教育质量是高职教育改革发展的核心。教学督导系统是高职教育校内教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分。高职院校要建立相对独立的督导机构,提高督导员的岗位能力。督导员在监督、考察、反馈、指导过程中,要遵循目标性、平等性、协调性、发展性原则,以促进教师教学行为转变,提高教学质量。

To improve the quality of education is the core of the reform and development in higher vocational education. Teaching supervision system is an important part of internal teaching quality control system. Vocational colleges should establish a relatively independent supervisory body, and improve the supervisors＂ capacity.
