摘要
目前高校食堂服务质量的评价绝大部分仅限于定性评价,缺少科学的量化指标,评价中主观随意性较强。针对当前高校食堂服务质量评价中存在的常见问题,基于层次分析法的服务质量评价体系引入定量评价指标,以此来合理评价高校食堂的服务质量。
At present, most service quality evaluation systems of the college canteen emphasize general qualitative evaluation and are lack of scientific quantitative indicators, which is subjective. Thus, this service quality evaluation system aims at problems in the present service quality evaluation of the college canteen, introduces quantitative indicators, and carries out the theoretical study of the rational evaluation on service quality of the college canteen.
