In the process of education reform, famous teachers＇ development tends to seek quick success and instant benefits. A variety of selection and appraisal activities is a double-edged sword, which creates the famous teachers, and also provides the chances for some incompetent teachers. The famous teachers＂ development is a process that can not be done in one move. The knowledge, perspec- tive, thoughts and personality of a famous teacher are the most valuable resources, which deserve to be cherished and protected. The combination of reading, practice and innovation is the basic path for famous teachers＇ development.
