Review of 30 years of Chinese Agricultural Radio and Television Schools and Therir Prospects

农业广播电视学校的创办填补了我国直接面向农业、农村、农民办学的空白,很大程度上满足了广大农民的教育需求,为新农村建设作出了突出贡献。但因政府和主管部门对"农广校"系统认识不到位,自身体系建设不健全,师资队伍建设相对滞后及管理、运营不善等原因,造成"农广校"面临资金短缺、教育培训流于形式等困境,制约其发展。为使"农广校"与时俱进、开拓创新,文章针对相应问题提出了解决的对策。

Agricultural broadcasting and television school is founded to meet the educational needs in the rural area. Though it has made outstanding contributions to the economy construction there,there still exit problems,like people's misunderstandings,its own imperfect system construction,unsound teaching teams and funds inadequacy,all of which have resulted in unsatisfactory teaching quality. Countermeasures are then proposed to overcome these difficulties,in an attempo explore the school's function to the fullest for its future development.
