从父母教育权的视角看幼儿教育的义务化问题

On Duty of Early Childhood Education from Perspective of Parents' Rights to Their Children's Education

幼儿教育的义务化问题是近来教育领域中的一个焦点。在当代国际公约里,人们普遍承认和尊重父母对幼儿的教育权,这种权利对于国家教育权来说具有优先性,国家对父母教育权只有监督权和矫正权。站在保护父母教育权的视角,幼儿教育不能义务化。

Recently,the issue of duty of early childhood education has become a focus in the educational field. On one hand, parents' rights to their children's education are commonly recognized and respected,and have priority over national rights,which are entitled only to monitor and correction. Thus,early childhood education shall not be compulsory in order to protect parents' rights.
