On Teachers' Autonomy Development in Learners' Autonomy

摘要 学习者的自主性发展在很大程度上取决于教师的自主性发展。自主学习中教师自主的实现应通过进行教学反思,开展行动研究和建立学习型组织等途径来实现。 The development of learners' autonomy depends largely on the teachers' autonomy development.The teachers' autonomy in learners' autonomy can be realized via teaching reflection,action research and learning organization.
