摘要
采用X射线衍射分析法、双折射法、声速模量法等测试方法,研究家蚕膨松丝的聚集态结构。测定结果表明家蚕膨松丝中丝素纤维的结晶度和取向度均低于普通生丝。这2种真丝材料的力学性能差异,主要由它们的聚集态结构不同而引起的,对真丝材料的力学性能起着决定性影响的最主要的基本结构因素是丝纤维大分子的取向程度,而材料的结晶度对其力学性能的影响不是主要因素。用圆二色光谱研究家蚕膨松丝的丝胶分子构象表明,它的无规卷曲结构多于普通生丝,而β结构含量较低。
Bulky silk is one of the new varieties of the high quality pure silk.The techniques for fiber structure measurement,which include X ray diffraction ,double refraction and sonic modular,were used to study the assemble structures of this kind of silk in this work.The results show that the crystallinity and the orientation of the bulky silk molecular are lower than that of the ordinary silk.The dissimilarities in mechanical properties of these two different silk varieties are caused mainly by the different assemble structures of them.The most important factor which affects the mechanical properties of silk filament is the degree of orientation of the molecular.The crystallinity of the materials has no evidential effects on the mechanical properties of the silk filament.The results from circular bichroise spectrum analysis show that,compared with that in ordinary silk,the sericin molecular in bulky silk are orientated in higher irregular state and contain less β structure composition.This is one of the important factors which causes the good bulk and dissolving properties of the sericin in bulky silk.
