我国保险业未来人才需求分析

Analysis of Talent Demand of Insurance Industry in China

人才匮乏是我国保险业发展的主要瓶颈.在展望我国保险业未来发展的基础上,分析了我国保险业当前的人才缺口及缺口结构,并预测了2010-2020年我国保险业的人才需求.通过分析认为:未来10年我国保险业具有巨大的发展空间和潜力;当前我国保险业人才供需失衡,结构性矛盾突出,加快培养高素质、专业化的保险业人才成为当务之急;预计到2020年,我国保险业从业人数达到1 217.6万人,保险密度在5 200元/人左右,保险深度在12.50%左右,达到中等发达国家水平.

Lack of talent is the main bottleneck of the development in China＇s insurance industry.On the basis of the prospects for the future development of insurance industry in China,this paper analyses the gap of the current talent and the gap structure,and predicts the demand for talent in the insurance industry in China from 2010 to 2020.Through the analysis,this paper argues that the insurance industry has enormous potential for development in the next 10 years：the supply and demand for talent in China＇s insurance industry are out of balance;structural problems are conspicuous;it is urgent to speed up the training of high-quality,professional insurance talent.It is expected that the number of practitioners in China＇s insurance industry will be 12.176 millions,insurance density about 5 200 yuan RMB,insurance in the depth about 12.50% reaching the level of moderately developed countries in 2020.
