"人口总数多压力大,整体素质低发展慢"、民营经济偏低、经济外向度相对低这三者既是河南在中原崛起中的弱势,但同时在一定条件下它们也有可能是优势.河南要创造条件将自身弱势转变为优势,需要做到:以提高人口质量求发展、以振兴民营经济增活力、以扩大招商引资促转变.

＂The amount of the population is large and its pressure is hard,the overall quality is low and the speed of the develepment is slow＂,the private economy and the export-oriented economy are low.All of those are the disadvantages of Henan province in the rising of central China,but they may be the dominances in some way.We must work hard to convert the disadvantages to the dominances.We need to increase the quality of the population,advance the private economy and the export-oriented economy.
