郑州城市居民择居行为及影响因素分析

An Analysis of Citizens' Dwelling Behavior in Zhengzhou and Its Influential Factors

对郑州市8个城区居住空间分布现状和城市居民个人居住区位选择进行调查,总结出郑州市当前居住空间分布的基本特征、不同类属城市居民居住空间选择行为差异及二者之间的关系.结果显示:郑州市居住空间分布明显倾向于东区和北区,城市居民居住购房也明显倾向于东区和北区,受价格、交通等因素影响,不同社会阶层的居民居住选择呈现多元化发展趋势.

Based on the investigation of the reality of living-space distribution and citizens＇ choice of dwelling sections in the eight districts in Zhengzhou,the paper summarizes the basic character of the current dwelling space distribution,the difference of dwelling space choice among different kinds of citizens and the relationship between the two.The conclusion of the investigation shows that the living-space distribution and the citizens＇ purchase of houses obviously tend to be in the north and the east districts.But influenced by the factors of price and traffic condition,the citizens of different social strata in housing choice become diversified.
