渗滤液厌氧生物处理运行特征的实验研究

摘要 文章利用自制的厌氧反应器,对垃圾渗滤液厌氧生物处理的特性进行模型实验分析。结果表明,启动87 d后,反应器容积负荷为7.40 kgCOD.m-3.d-1,HRT为12 h,反应器中颗粒污泥状况良好。实验后期系统的碱度基本都在2 000~4 500 mg.L-1的范围内,完全可以满足反应的需要,无须另外投加药剂。启动结束时,采用较为新鲜的垃圾渗滤液进水,进水CODcr在3 700 mg.L-1,NH3-N浓度1000 mg.L-1左右,CODcr去除率基本稳定于80%,NH3-N去除率仅为22.0%,说明厌氧颗粒污泥的处理能力已达到饱和,颗粒污泥脱氮效果是有限的,出水需经过后续处理才能达标排放。 In this paper,a self-made anaerobic reactor was used for the model experimental analysis of anaerobic biological treatment characteristics of landfill leachate.The results show that,after 87d,the volumetric load of reactor was 7.40 kgCOD·m-3·d-1,HRT was 12 h,the granular sludge was in a good condition.The alkalinity of system in the latter experiment maintained the range from 2000 to 4500 mg·L-1,the reactor can totally meet the demand of reaction,no additional chemical were required.At the end of experiment,using the fresh landfill leachate,the CODcr was 3 700 mg·L-1,NH3-N was 1 000 mg·L-1 or so,CODcr removal rate basically stable at 80%,NH3-N removal rate was only 22.0%.The above results illustrated that the treatment capacity of granular sludge had reached saturation point and nitrogen removal efficiency of anaerobic granular sludge were so limited,only after subsequent treatment the effluent would probably meet the discharge standard.
