补虚颗粒对失血性贫血小鼠的补血作用

Effect of Buxu granules on blood-deficient model mice

目的 研究补虚颗粒对失血性贫血小鼠的补血作用. 方法 60只小鼠被完全随机分成6组,正常组、生理盐水组、阿胶组以及补虚颗粒低、中、高剂量组,每组10只.采用尾静脉放血法建立小鼠血虚证模型,观察补虚颗粒对小鼠外周血象、胸腺和脾脏指数的影响. 结果 治疗后正常组小鼠的红细胞数（RBC）、血红蛋白含量（Hb）、红细胞压积（HCT）、胸腺指数和脾脏指数分别为（8.0±1.0）×10^12/L、（127.0±15.3）g/L、（62.4±10.0）%、（0.3±0.0）、（0.4±0.1）,生理盐水组小鼠给药后分别为（6.9±1.0）×10^12/L、（97.3±10.6）g/L、（54.4±6.3）%、（0.3±0.0）、（0.4±0.1）,补虚颗粒低、中、高剂量组小鼠给药后的RBC分别为（7.1±1.0）、（8.1±0.7）、（7.9±1.0）×10^12/L,Hb分别为（125.1±9.8）、（129.5±17.1）、（121.2±11.2）g/L,HCT分别为（60.6±9.9）%、（63.3±6.1）%、（59.9±7.2）%,胸腺指数分别为（0.3±0.1）、（0.4±0.1）、（0.3±0.1）,脾脏指数分别为（0.5±0.1）、（0.6±0.2）、（0.5±0.1）.与生理盐水组比较,[阿胶组分别为（8.6±0.2）×10^12/L,（129.9±19.9）g/L,（65.8±13.81%）%]、补虚颗粒各个剂量组RBC、Hb、红细胞压积均明显升高. 结论 补虚颗粒能够改善失血性血虚小鼠的造血功能,同时具有一定的增强免疫功能.

Objective To observe the effects of Buxu granules on blood-deficient model mice. Methods The model was made in mice by exsanguinations and The RBCs,Hb,HCT and the index of thymus gland and spleen were all detected. Results The RBCs,Hb,HCT and index of thymus gland and spleen of the normal group were（8.0 ±1.0）× 10^12/L,（127.0 ± 15.3）g/L,（62.4 ± 10.0）% ,（0.3 ±0.0）,（0.4 ±0.1）respectively.The RBCs,Hb,HCT and index of thymus gland and spleen of the control group were（6.9 ± 1.0）× 10^12/L,（97.3±10.6）g/L,（54.4±6.3）%,（0.3 ±0.0）,（0.4±0.1）respectively.The RBCs of low,middle and high group for Buxu granules were（7.1 ± 1.0）,（8.1 ± 0.7）,（7.9 ± 1.0）× 10^12/L respectively.The Hb of the low,middle and high group for Buxu granules were（125.1 ±9.8）,（129.5 ± 17.1）,（121.2 ± 11.2）g/L respectively.The HCT of low,middle and high group for Buxu granules were（60.6 ± 9.9）% ,（63.3 ± 6.1）% ,（59.9 ± 7.2）% respectively.the index of thymus gland of low,middle and high group for Buxu granules were（0.3 ±0.1）,（0.4 ±0.1）,（0.3 ± 0.1）respectively.The index of spleen of low,middle and high group for Buxu granules were （0.5 ± 0.1）,（0.6 ± 0.2）,（0.5 ± 0.1）respectively. Conclusion Buxu granules can promote hematopoiesis.
