碳纤维包裹条件下的钢筋锈蚀与混凝土保护层开裂

摘要 裂缝对钢筋混凝土构件在氯离子侵蚀条件下的耐久性影响较大,积极有效的控制构件裂缝可以提高构件的耐久性.通过理论分析探讨碳纤维约束条件下混凝土构件保护层纵向开裂时钢筋的锈蚀量、锈蚀率等之间的关系;讨论碳纤维约束下混凝土构件裂缝开展的形态.对混凝土保护层锈蚀胀裂破坏的弹性力学模型进行修正,建立碳纤维约束条件下混凝土保护层锈蚀胀裂时钢筋锈蚀量的计算模型,结果证明合理的碳纤维加固方式可以有效约束混凝土构件纵向裂缝的开展. The influence of cracking on durability of concrete components with reinforcing bar is greater in the case of chloric ion corrosion and the durability of these components can be improved by means of active and effective control over their cracking.The rustiness amount and rate of the reinforcing steel with carbon fiber constraint were theoretically analyzed and explored for the case of longitudinal cracking of the protection layer on the concrete components and the propagation pattern of concrete component cracking was discussed,also.The model of elastic mechanics for the destruction of the protection layer due to expansive cracking was revised and a evaluation model of rustiness amount of reinforcing steel with carbon fiber constraint was set up for the case of expansive cracking of protection layer.The result verified that a reasonable way of carbon fiber reinforcement could effectively constrain the propagation of longitudinal crack in concrete components.
