摘要
综述了最近几年来国内外对茶氨酸的理化性质、提取工艺、药理学作用及开发利用现状方面的研究。以期挖掘出茶氨酸在医药、食品、保健方面的巨大应用潜力。
L-theanine is an important constituent isolated and purified from tea. This paper reviews the newest research progress of pharmacological effects of L-theanine , physical and chemical and the extraction of it. The aim was to find out its huge potential in drugs and so on.
