普洱茶中寡糖的提取与分离

摘要 研究了不同翻堆样,不同加工工艺普洱茶及马帮样中的寡糖含量,建立了普洱茶中寡糖的提取与分离方法。以水为溶剂提取茶寡糖并测定寡糖含量,然后用丙酮做沉淀剂,沉淀物在一定条件下干燥后,测其得率并加以比较。实验结果表明:新工艺原料茶样中寡糖含量最高,达到了7.02%。得出翻堆样中茶叶渥堆时间越长,寡糖含量越低。新工艺普洱茶中寡糖含量高于老工艺普洱茶,并得到了寡糖含量为42.79%的粗品。 The content and extraction yield of oligosaccharides from different grades and technology of Pu' er tea were studied in the paper. Based on the content of oligosaccharides in different grades of Pu' er tea by different technology extracted from Maban Pu' er, we can establish a seperation method. The oligosaccharides of product could be obtained by using acetone as precipitant. The results revealed that the content of oligosaccharides extracted from Pu' er tea material reached the highest by 7.02%. The content of oligosaccharides decreased with increasing the pile time. The result also showed that the content of oligosaccharides contained in Pu' er tea which formed by new technology was higher than that formed by traditional technology. At last, the raw product which contained oligosaccharides by 42.8% was obtained.
