随着气田的滚动开发,二氧化碳、氯离子、土壤及水等多种腐性介质对管线腐蚀问题日趋严重,防护工作日渐紧迫。气田腐蚀主要是电化学失重腐蚀,其腐蚀原因是多种多样的,与金属均匀性、腐蚀介质、温度、流速等有关,且因多种介质同时存在,腐蚀问题变得更为复杂,急待研究解决,以创造更多的经济效益。为此,通过分析防腐产生的原因、选用配套的补口技术,提高管道的补口质量等方法以防止或减缓腐蚀的发生。
