HPLC法测定安中片中延胡索乙素的含量

Determination of Content of Tetrahydropalmatine in Anzhong Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立安中片中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定延胡索乙素的含量。采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),紫外检测波长为280nm,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(60∶40,用三乙胺调节pH至6.6)为流动相,流速为1.0mLomin-1,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL,按外标法进行检测。结果:供试品中延胡索乙素得到较好的分离与测定,延胡索乙素在0.1285μg～1.2850μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:A=8×106ρ+17772,R=0.9996,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD%=0.9%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法快速、简便、准确、重现性好、专属性强,可用于评价安中片的质量。

Objective：To establish the content determination method of g tetrahydropalmatine in Anzhong tablets（traditional Chinese medicine）.Method：High-performance liquid chromatography of paracetamol content.The Agilent TC-C18 column（250mm × 4.6mm,5μm） was used.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.The mobile phase of Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（pH adjusted with triethylamine to 6.6）（60：40）.The flowrate was1.0ml o min-1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃.According to external standard method for testing.Results：For the test materials against tetrahydropalmatine get a good separation and determination of tetrahydropalmatine in the range of 0.1285μg ～ 1.2850μg a good linear relationship,the regression equation is A =8×106ρ＋17772,r= 0.9996,The average recovery rate of 99.5%,RSD% to 0.9%（n=6）.Conclusion：The established method is rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible,specific,and can be used to evaluate the quality of Anzhong tablets.
