普外科下肢深静脉血栓54例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 54 Cases of Deep Vein Thronbosis

目的:探讨普外科下肢深静脉血栓病因及治疗的经验。方法:对我院普外科收治的54例下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经以溶栓为主的抗凝、抗聚综合性治疗,治愈14例(25.93%),明显好转17例(31.48%),好转16例(19.63%),总有效率87.04%,无严重并发症发生。结论:下肢深静脉血栓的发病原因有手术因素,也有患者自身因素,对于该病治疗的原则是早期发现,早期进行抗凝、溶栓、抗聚等综合性治疗,且保守治疗效果明显。

Objective：To explore the deep vein review lacteal peaceful and treatment experiences.Methods：lacteal peaceful 54 cases of deep vein thrombosis were analyzed retrospec-tively.Results：the anticoagulation with thrombolysis,gather comprehensive treatment,cure of 14 cases（25.93%） ,17 cases were improved significantly（31.48%） ,16 cases（19.63%） ,the total effective rate 87.04%,no serious complications.Conclusion：the pathogenesis of deep vein thrombosis factor is related to the operation,the patient＇s own factors and treatment for the disease factors of early detection and early principle is the antithrombotic and thrombolytic therapy,such as integrated together,and conservative treatment effect is obvious.
