小儿常用抗菌药物及不良反应分析

Analysis on Antimicrobial Dongs and its Adverse Reaction in Children

目的:探讨小儿常用抗菌药物及不良反应。方法:回顾性分析2009年我院使用抗菌药物的小儿住院患者病例资料。结果:抗菌药物使用率达90.9%,二联抗菌药物使用率12.5%,不合理用药现象占5.0%,不良反应发生率为10.5%。结论:了解小儿抗菌药物的不良反应,对于合理使用抗菌药物有重要意义。

Objective：To explore pediatric antimicrobial drugs and its adverse reaction.Methods：Use cases of children patients who hospitalized in 2009 to do retrospective analysis of antimicrobial drugs.Results：Utilization of antimicrobial is 90.9%,bigeminyantimicrobial is 12.5%,unreasonable phenomenon is 5.0%,adverse reaction is 10.5%.Conclusion：Understanding adverse reactions of children＇s antimicrobial drugs is important to reasonably using them.
