麦当劳 地产模式陷阱

摘要 仔细分析这一商业地产模式,除了大量的中小银行外,还要求市场上保有足够数量的有能力的快餐经营管理人才,曾在北京麦当劳公司高层管理岗位工作多年的晁阳就表示:麦当劳公司对加盟者的管理水平要求较高。 James Skinner was promoted to CEO(McDonald's) in the late 2004.He is a veteran of the company,and has worked 35 years for McDonald's.He recalled:'Because of spending a lot of time on real estate,we lost the focus of us,and we shifted our view away from the fries.' Because of this shifting focus,McDonald's has been violated the basic business logic before the year 2004.McDonald's President and COO,Ralph Alvarez,51 years old,recalled that during that time,about 20 working days in a month, he had six or seven days spending on real estate,and the company does not take into account of the consumer feeling. At last,many new products could not be promoted.
