白三烯拮抗剂联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察 被引量:20

摘要 目的评价白三烯拮抗剂联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将49例哮喘患者随机分成实验组及对照组,2组均予布地奈德气雾剂治疗;而实验组同时口服孟鲁司特。4周后观察2组肺功能、血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和白细胞介素-13(IL-13)水平的变化。结果较治疗前,治疗后2组肺功能均有改善;但实验组优于对照组;2组血清IL-4、IL-13均降低,且实验组低于对照组。结论与单纯吸入糖皮质激素相比,白三烯拮抗剂联合吸入糖皮质激素具有更好的疗效。 Objective To asses the clinical effect of the leukotriene an- tagonist receptor (montelukast) combined inhaled glucocorticoid on bron- chial asthma. Methods Forty and nine cases of moderate or serious bronchial asthma were divided into control and treatment groups random- ly. Both groups were inhaled glucocorticoid. The treatment group were added with montelukast. After 4 weeks with the continuous therapy, the difference of pulmonary function, interleukin - 4 ( IL - 4 ) and interleu- kin - 13 ( IL - 13 ) were compared. Results The pulmonary function of two groups were improved after treatment. The puhnonary function of treatment group was improved more singnificandy than that of control group. IL- 4 and IL - 13 of two groups were declined after treatment, treamt group changed more significantly. Conclusion The combined treatment by the oral montelukast and inhaled glucocorticoid on asthma is better than inhaled corticosteroids alone at improving the pulmonary function and airway inflammation of asthma patients.
