摘要 目的观察重组人促红细胞生成素(rhEPO)对大鼠脑出血(ICH)后不同时期核因子-КB(NF-КB)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组、模型组及rhEPO治疗组,制备大鼠脑出血的模型,采用免疫组化方法检测脑出血周围脑组织NF-КB和MMP-9表达的情况。结果与假手术组相比,模型组各时间点出血周围脑组织的NF-КB和MMP-9表达均明显增加(P<0.001);与模型组相比,经治疗后,rhEPO组出血周围脑组织NF-КB、MMP-9明显下降(P<0.001)。结论 rhEPO对脑出血后脑损伤有保护性作用。 Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human erythropoietin ( rhEPO ) on expression of NF - KB and MMP - 9 during different periods after intracerebral internal capsule hemorrhage in rats. Methods Establish the model of ICH, the experiment was divided into three groups (sham group, modle group, rhEPO group) , expressions of NF- KB and MMP- 9 were detected with immunohistoehemieal assay separately. Results Compared with the sham group, expression of NF- KB and MMP- 9 in modle group at all time increased significantly (P 〈0. 001). Compared with the modle group, expression of NF- KB and MMP - 9 in rhEPO group decreased ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion rhEPO can decrease the expression of NF - KB and MMP - 9, which is the protection on the brain damage of ICH.
