摘要 与A20结合的核因子κB抑制蛋白1(A20 binding inhibitor of NF-κB activation,ABIN1)是近年来研究发现的一个新泛素结合蛋白。最初的研究表明,ABIN1通过结合锌指结构蛋白A20在NF-κB信号通路中发挥重要的调节作用。目前发现,ABIN1在过表达的条件下能抑制肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素1、脂多糖、表皮生长因子等诱导的NF-κB的活性,从而发挥抗炎和免疫调节作用。因此,以ABIN1为新靶点调节NF-κB活性的研究日益受到关注。本文就ABIN1蛋白结构、功能及其研究进展做一综述。 A20 binding inhibitor of nuclear factor-κB activation(ABIN1) is a new type of ubiquitin-binding protein which has been found in recent years. Preliminary results showed that ABIN1 played an important regulatory role in NF-κB signaling pathway in combination with zinc finger protein. Recently, it was found that overexpression of ABIN1 could inhibit activity of NF-κB induced by tumor necrosis factor, interleukin-1, lipopolysaccharide or epidermal growth factor, and then serve anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory function. Thus, ABIN1 may be considered as a new target for inhibition of NF-κB activity. This article reviews the research progress in the construction and function of ABIN1.
