摘要
以港口服务水平为基准,提出了沿海港口航道通过能力的定义方法和指标,即在港口正常生产作业状态下,达到指定的港口服务水平时,年通过航道的船舶载重吨总和即为该航道的通过能力。以沿海集装箱港区为例,运用系统仿真方法,计算不同港口服务水平下的航道通过能力。研究成果可为沿海港口航道规划、设计以及实施航道扩建提供理论依据。
On the basis of the port service level, this paper firstly presents the definition of capacity of navigation channel which means the total deadweight ton through the channel per annual when the port meets the designated service level under normal production state. Take coastal container terminal for instance, based on the calculation of the capacity of navigation channel under diverse port service level hy means of system simulation, it will provide the theory basis for design and planning of coastal port and channel so as to implement the expansion of navigation channel reasonably.
