摘要
纤维增强塑料筋(FRP)与传统钢筋相比主要有抗拉强度高、耐腐蚀、轻质等优点,适用于在海港工程中降低因采用各类防腐蚀措施而增加的工程造价和日后维护成本。本文通过在某出运码头中使用FRP筋增强混凝土构件的典型工程案例,对FRP筋混凝土结构受力性能、施工注意事项以及使用过程中存在的问题等做了详细的技术说明,为在港口工程中使用FRP筋混凝土结构提供了良好的工程实例。
Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tendons, compared with traditional steel bars, have the merits of high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, lightweight, and they are suitable for harbour engineering projects so as to reduce the costs of various anti-corrosion measures and future maintenance. This paper, by means of a typical case of a transportation wharf which uses FRP reinforced concrete structures, specifies the mechanical behaviours, construction precautions and detailed technical notes during application, which provides a good engineering example for the wide use of FRP reinforced concrete structures in harbour engineering.
