备用轴承碰撞副对电磁轴承失效后转子坠落瞬态响应的影响 被引量:3

Effect of backup bearing impact surface pairs on rotor dropping transient response after active magnetic bearing failure

摘要 在一个电磁轴承支撑的柔性转子实验系统上测量了电磁轴承失效后转子坠落在不同碰撞副滚动型备用轴承上的瞬态响应,分析了碰撞副的材料和润滑条件对转子坠落过程中瞬态响应的影响。结果发现碰撞副材料的不同配合和碰撞副间的润滑条件对转子坠落在备用轴承上的瞬态响应有明显的影响。适当地选择碰撞副材料以及保持碰撞副间良好的润滑有利于减小转子坠落过程对备用轴承和转子的影响,特别是能够避免出现对备用轴承有显著影响在整个间隙圆范围的碰撞型回转运动,提高备用轴承的抗冲击能力。 Transient responses of rotor dropping on a rolling element backup bearing with different materials and lubrication conditions in the impact surface pairs after active magnetic bearing failure were measured in a flexible rotor supported on active magnetic bearings,and the effects of the materials and lubrication conditions in the impact surface pairs on rotor dropping transient responses were analyzed.It is shown that the materials and the lubrication conditions of the impact surface pairs have a great effect on the rotor dropping transient response after the active magnetic bearing failure.Properly choosing the materials and keeping good lubrication conditions in the impact surface pairs can obviously reduce the impact effect of the rotor dropping on the backup bearing,espectrically reduce the possibility for occurring the full clearance whirl motion with impact,and improve the anti-impact capability of the backup bearing.
