基于匹配追踪的复杂度分析方法在轴承故障诊断中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 提出一种新的基于匹配追踪算法的信号复杂度分析方法,用于实现对滚动轴承故障冲击频率的精确提取,从而实现故障的探测和诊断。仿真信号和实验信号的分析结果都表明本方法在强噪声干扰下有很强的提取故障冲击特征的能力,与包络谱相比有明显的优势。 Although various approaches have been proposed by researchers and engineers for fault diagnosis of rolling element bearings,it's still a great challenge to detect bearings' faults under low signal to noise ratio(SNR) or at the early stage of faults development.Signal complexity analysis method is proposed in this paper based on matching pursuit algorithm to distinguish impulsive components from unwanted noise realizing faults detecting and diagnosis.Results of both simulation and experiment show that this method has an obvious advantage over envelope spectrum in extracting fault features of bearing under high noise level.
