大陆期刊2009年刊登的药物滥用研究文章分析

ANALYSIS OF DRUG ABUSE STUDIES PUBLISHED IN CHINESE JOURNALS IN 2009

目的:了解大陆期刊2009年刊登的药物滥用研究文章及基金资助情况。方法:采用主题词"药物滥用"对中文期刊全文数据库进行检索,并将检出的文章进行分析。结果:共检出724篇文章,分别刊载在301种期刊上,《中国药物依赖性杂志》和《中国药物滥用防治杂志》刊载文章最多,占检出文章的12.0%;涉及第一作者650名,来自医院(50.8%)、大专院校、科研院所(12.8%)等433个单位。有95篇(13.1%)文章有基金资助,包括国家自然/社会科学基金、973、十一五课题、国家部委课题、省市地区课题、全球基金/组织资助等,其中41.0%的基金资助文章刊载在《中国药物依赖性杂志》等6种期刊上。基金资助的文章中,35篇为基础研究,临床治疗与干预研究有23篇,流行病学研究较少,只有8篇。结论:2009年药物滥用研究成果在很多期刊上展示,但《中国药物依赖性杂志》和《中国药物滥用防治杂志》是该领域的核心期刊;医院是国内期刊稿件的重要产出单位;基金资助文章占13.1%,基础研究颇受基金重视。

Objective：To understand the situation of drug abuse studies published in Chinese journals in 2009 and funds support in this field. Methods：Chinese Journal Database was searched with the Keywords ＂drug abuse＂ ,and the results were analyzed. Results：Altogether,724 papers were searched out,published in 301 journals,among which,12.0% was carried by Chinese Journal of Drug Dependence（CJDD） and Chinese Journal of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment（CJDAPT）. These papers included 650 first authors from 433 units,such as hospitals（50.8%）,universities,colleges and scientific research institutes（12.8%）. There were 95 （13.1%） papers had funds support,including National Natural Science,the National Basic Research Program （973）and Eleven-five Year Plan important projects,projects of state ministries,provinces and districts,and global funds,etc.. Among the funds supported papers,41.0% was published in six journals such as CJDD. Funds supported papers consisted of 35 basic research papers,23 papers on clinical treatment and intervention and 8 epidemiological papers. Conclusion：Drug abuse research findings in 2009 are exhibited in many journals,however,CJDD and CJDAPT are the key journals in this field. Hospitals are important paper resources for Chinese journals. 13.1% papers have funds,and basic research seems to be easy to attract funds support.
