摘要 从水稻叶色突变体的产生方法、类型、遗传规律及突变基因的定位与克隆、叶色突变表型的光温调控和分子机理等方面系统综述了水稻叶色突变体的研究进展,并对叶色突变体的应用前景做了进一步分析,旨在为深入研究水稻叶色突变体提供参考。 In the paper,the progresses of rice leaf coloration mutant,including methods,types,genetic rules,location,cloning of mutant genes,regulation of light and temperature and molecular mechanisms of leaf coloration mutant phenotypes,were reviewed. To provide a reference for in-depth study on rice leaf coloration mutant,the prospects of leaf coloration mutant were also discussed.
